Point of Sale Properties has been in existence for 10 years and has specialised in successful property sales in Midrand. We have also recently branched into the Fairest Cape.
Midrand has been one of the fastest growing nodes in the country.
The most exciting development on the move now is the new Gautrain station and link to the existing Gautrain run to the airport, via Sandton.
We have had a moratorium in Midrand on any new developments due to inadequate services, with lack of power being the main issue. Developers have formed a forum to come up with alternative power sources and to open discussions up with council. A new substation has recently been built in New road, which will alleviate some of this pressure.
Gail Sargeant the director of Point of Sale Properties has been a resident in Midrand for over 26 years and has watched the area grow and change.
